30 DAYS OF FITNESS

So if you have been reading my blog for a while now you will remember that I filled last year with three big challenges, all of which I plan on doing again this year as they were so much fun and I was able to discover so much about myself some good and some bad bits! One of the challenges from last year and the one I am going to start this year with is 30 days of fitness, now if you are new to my blog you can take a peek at last year here.

The last 6 months have been pretty mental for me I lost most of my work/life balance and what I did manage to keep hold of I sacrificed sleep for and therefore my health. I have been lucky enough in the last couple of weeks to change that. I have changed jobs and cut my work day down by 5 hours! I am no longer exhausted and eating McDonald’s in my car. I am no longer surviving on 4 hours sleep a night nor am I eating out every single night. It is safe to say my life once again has changed dramatically, something it has taken the last couple of weeks to get used to, its been like driving along the motorway and then suddenly getting stuck behind a tractor with as many tears.  Just from the change in my eating pattern (so long maccies every single day) I have lost 10lbs. I am getting a solid 6 hours sleep a night and even manage a couple of gym sessions a week.

Now I am ready to do even more and start back on my journey to full health. So 30 days of fitness is 30 consistent days of doing something daily that will help me reach my fitness goal. Although this time I am not bothered about weight loss, that will happen naturally. My main focus is to get my fitness levels up, its to move every single day and to eat better, basically to love myself as much as my body loves me! I will be posting the journey on here every few days, however, I will be posting on my insta stories daily!
