June favourites

I thought I would do a little round up of some of my favourite products in June. Some of these are really old but I am only just discovering them which makes them shiny and new to me. Here are some of things I have been utterly obsessed with in June. Not surprisingly I’m loving a lot of sweet treats ( let’s face it, it’s me and I love food ).

I am still utterly obsessed with Chocolate baby uk and when there goodies look this cute it’s not hard to see why. If you have yet to discover them, where have you been and how have you been living without these little cuties in your life.

The absolute best thing about summer in Britain is Mr Whippy ice creams because let’s face it, it’s not the weather. The ice cream van is a national treasure. I am so obsessed with them I have been looking at buying my own industrial sized Mr whipped machine, it’s like a sickness now.

I know this is so bad for you but I’m so happy I have found this red bull being sold near me, in the UK red bull has to be concentrated however in some countries in the world it’s not required and basically they sell the syrup that makes up our red bull. And it’s just like drinking syrup and makes my heart beat like crazy ( I don’t drink it very often ) but when I do I love it.

I have been snacking a lot more than usual recently but trying to be as good as I can while eating my way through my kitchen. I work at my local hospital and they constantly introduce new healthier snacks so when these popped up I thought I would give them a try. And they taste better than any popcorn I have ever had, including cinema popcorn.

This month has been the first time in my entire life that I have ever tried pea soup, something about it freaked me out but while nipping to my local shop I saw this one was on offer and thought I should broaden my taste buds and give it a whirl and I have been missing out my entire life. Possibly my favourite soup ever, I know it would be much healthier to make my own but sometimes I just don’t have time.

Considering that six months ago I barely wore make up, my make up collection is growing at a rapid speed and I’m using products I didn’t even know existed a few months ago, like Kate Moss for Rimmel London’s sculpting palette in coral glow. It is so incredibly easy to use, which is what I look for in make up and gives your sun such a beautiful summer glow i dont think I will ever get tired of Rimmels products.

I have spent weeks looking for the perfect concealer that would actually cover the dark circles under my eyes and I’ve tried so many in every price range and Rimmels wake me up concealer was by far the best which shows you don’t have to spend a lot of money you just need to find what suits you. Perfect coverage, easy to apply and blend and a small price tag what’s not to love.

I got this Kate Moss for Rimmel London conditioning lip balm as a free gift from superdrug and its amazing, usually free gifts get thrown to the bottom of my make up bag never to be seen again but not this little miracle stick. My lips have been super soft since I started using it, now it’s the only lip balm I use.

If you are looking for an inexpensive body lotion which actually works than this is for you. I’m absolutely loving garnier products at the moment but this is my absolute favourite, I cover myself in it twice and a day and it leaves my skin so soft and I smell good enough to eat.

I picked this purely for the smell, it’s definitely not a shower cream to use in your morning shower but it’s the perfect scent for a long hot candle lit evening bath. You come out smelling like the most delicious chocolate treat.

My little beautys’s product turns out to be my favourite product in the June my little box, and I have been using this all month long and its amazing my hair has been lovely and wavy like I’ve spent the morning surfing. I would love to say I’ve been doing it for style reasons but really I’ve been doing it because it’s so quick and easy and safes me 20 mins every morning.

I think the whole world is in love with Zoellas latest beauty range and its not surprising, I mean I’m in love with the packaging along. Ever product is wrapped in the most gorgeous pastel and gold coloured 1930s art deco inspired packaging. I have two Zoella products on this month’s favourite list because honestly it was too hard to pick between them. My first is these bath salts. When it comes to Zoella I am a total girl fan but these salts smell delicious and the cute box looks lovely in every girly bathroom.

My second Zoella product to make my June’s favourites is this bath frizzer. Now Zoella hasn’t made a bath frizzer that I have not loved, they are a perfect mix of bubble bath and bath bombs which means that every bath you take now can be an event.

I think my favourite part of subscription boxes is that you almost forget about them coming, I am surprised every month when I get in from a long day at work and discover a cute little package. It’s like a treat to yourself every month. My favourite subscription box at the moment is easily my little box, you can see what was in this cute little box here.
